INVITATION TO TRAININGS: TRAININGS WILL BE ORGANIZED
I. In the first set, training will be held in 3 areas. To improve the institutional capacity of consumer organizations,
Trainings will be organized in the fields of Public Relations and communication strategies, Advocacy, Lobbying.
Each of these trainings will last 2 days.
Public Relations and Communication Strategies; to communicate more effectively with consumers and deliver messages to communities.
Advocacy training; learn principles and techniques to help defend consumer rights more effectively and facilitate advocacy campaigns for consumers
lobbying; Developing all kinds of and effective lobbying strategies to exert pressure on or persuade policy makers/decision makers at local and national levels, in order to obtain the necessary support for more effective consumer protection
II. Second set of 3 trainings, to improve organizational capacity;
• Project cycle management
• Human resources management and
• Financial management capacity
They will contribute significantly to internal management capacity to develop new EU projects, strategically manage volunteers, members, staff, and access and manage financial resources more effectively.
